Maine Grilling Wood Chips

Our customers have told us that our wood chips from Maine have the most flavorful and intense smoke of any other wood that they have tried.  While smoke flavor is somewhat subjective, there is the suggestion that because our growing season is so short in the north that the density of our Maine wood creates a stronger presentation of flavor.  

All of our wood is delivered daily by small family entrepreneurs that harvest their woodlots sustainably.  Fresh wood always makes the best wood chips and we are fortunate to have an abundant local supply.
